Deb and her team of property preparation professionals transformed this home for sale in the Fall of 2005. The house had had little work done to it in many years. Deb managed the transformation which included an exterior paint job, an interior paint job (including removal of 50 year old wallpaper!), carpet removal, floor waxing/buffing, carpet installation, leak repair, window washing, tree removal, landscaping, a 45 hour cleaning job, floral arrangement, and staging.

The result? A couple hundred people came to see the house, the house received almost 20 offers, and it sold for $76,000 over the asking price…at a time when the market was leveling off.
